-Consequences of Gang Involvement-
Youth will be deterred from participation in gang activities through the instigation of a dialogue based on the consequences of these activities. Workshop participants are educated on the local and state justice entities and statistical information regarding gang involvement/affiliation. They are equipped with knowledge about how to get out of gangs safely.

-Attitude-
Workshop attendees will gain insight about their patterns of thinking and how their attitudes affect their behavior, their future, and those around them.

-Goals-
Participants will have a better understanding of goal setting and goal attainment. They will assess their current goals and whether or not these goals are what they really want by leading them to think about the implications of each of these goals on their future.

-Employment-
Youth will gain an understanding of the benefits of work, a steady income, and what it takes to accomplish a successful career. Youth will have the tools needed to obtain lawful employment, engaging them in a positive activity as an alternative to being delinquent.

-Anger Management-
Youth will gain a comprehensive understanding of the emotion, anger. The understanding of emotions and physical signs leading to anger escalation and violence is gained. Workshop attendees will know how to effectively handle angry emotions so that they do not escalate to violent behavior.

-Social Influence & Healthy Relationships-
Youth will be encouraged to foster and seek out healthy relationships with peers, family, and romantic others. They will choose to abandon destructive relationships, as they will recognize them as damaging to their personal growth.

-Sex Facts: Is it Really Safe?-
The truth about sex and the risks it presents are presented to youth using graphic photos and other media. STDs, teen pregnancy, and child support responsibilities are included in this powerful presentation.

-Reality of the Minnesota Prison System-
A peek into the real world of Minnesota's correctional institutions and facilities. Youth are exposed to the truth and reality of prison life, day-to-day activities, and consequences of criminal behavior.
